We are looking for a CRO Business Consultant reporting our CRO clients across verticals such as Retail, Banking, Insurance and Telecoms on AB and Personalisation activities across their sites (Web and App).

Responsibilities:

- Research, plan, run and analyse AB testing and personalization activities to optimise client goals

- Document activity progress end-to-end

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to run CRO testing and personalisation activities

- Provide frequent written and oral status updates to both team and client

- Work hands-on with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics

- Monitor and evaluate the success of optimisation activities and adjust strategies as needed

- Present test results and insights to clients and make recommendations for further improvements

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience researching, planning, running and analysing AB testing and Personalization activities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to allow complex concepts and data to be explained in a clear and concise manner

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal, cross-functional teams

- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time to agreed deadlines

- Understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to test ideation 

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- English proficiency

Nice to have:

- Experience using market leading tools such as Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics 

- Knowledge of:

• other CRO testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely or SiteSpect 
• UX tools such as Figma or Sketch 
• analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar or similar 

- Experience running Quality Assurance before launching new tests 

- Results-driven mindset leading to strategies that drive significant improvements in client goals 

- Basic knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
