Delivery Manager - Market France

We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking to recruit a new Delivery Manager for our French clients. This is one of our key positions for success - it impacts our client experience, our people’s experience, and our operational excellence.

As Delivery Manager for the French market you lead and manage the delivery of our products and services to ensure:

• the healthy and successful delivery of our projects and services (in-line with expectations)
• long term relationships with high client satisfaction
• the continued growth and empowerment of the project management organisation

You lead the project management organisation, making sure everything we do leads to satisfied clients and engaged employees. Leading, coaching and growing our project managers is key to success, and one of the main KPIs. The Delivery Manager must simultaneously drive a sustainable and profitable business. And that we have fun while doing it. You will also take the lead on 1 to 2 key clients (as a key account manager, not a project manager). You will own these key clients’ growth and success. In this way you will act as an example to the rest of your project management organisation.

You form part of our operational leadership team and you report into the Head of Operations for the region. You form part of a small global team of Delivery Managers, led by our Global Head of Delivery.

You have a coaching mindset and believe in the strengths of working as a team. You are genuinely interested in developing client relationships, and exhibit a business mentality for finding great, win-win solutions.

A great platform to succeed as Delivery Manager at Vaimo is:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT and/or Business
• Solid background in Consulting services and Project Management; most likely you have successfully delivered complex IT projects with a lot of dependencies and stakeholders, and you have already taken on you first leadership role
• Previous experience in software delivery
• Comfortable with English and French as you working languages (fluent French is a must)
• Enjoying a fast-paced environment in a growing company where change is constant and you have the opportunity to really make an impact.
• It is advantageous if you have experience working in and with remote teams.
