SEO Specialist
As a Search Engine Optimisation Specialist, you are a vital player in helping our clients succeed with digital commerce.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid–Senior SEO Specialist to own and drive organic search performance across multiple websites and clients. This role requires a strong mix of technical SEO, content optimisation, analytics, and strategic thinking, with the ability to work independently and confidently communicate insights to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple websites and/or clients
Conduct in-depth SEO audits (technical, content, and on-page)
Translate SEO insights into clear, actionable roadmaps
Align SEO strategies with business goals, campaigns, and seasonal priorities
Identify growth opportunities across informational, commercial, and transactional intent
Technical SEO
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, redirects, site architecture)
Work with CMS and eCommerce platforms (Magento experience is highly advantageous)
Manage redirect strategies (301/302), URL migrations, and canonicalisation
Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/TBT) and support performance improvements
Ensure best practices for international, multi-store, or large catalog websites
On-Page & Content Optimisation
Keyword research and search intent mapping
Optimise metadata, headings (H1–H3), internal linking, and content structure
Support content strategies, pillar pages, and blog optimisation
Optimise category, product, and landing pages for rankings and conversion
Ensure SEO best practices are followed across new and existing content
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Monitor performance using GA4,GTM,Google Search Console, and SEO tools
Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and technical health
Produce clear, insightful monthly reports with recommendations
Use data to guide decision-making and prioritisation
Support measurement and tracking accuracy (events, conversions, attribution)
Client & Stakeholder Management
Lead SEO discussions in client and internal meetings
Clearly explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with developers, content teams, paid media, and product managers
Provide guidance, feedback, and best-practice recommendations
Support junior team members through mentorship and review
Required Skills & Experience
4–7+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Strong technical SEO knowledge and problem-solving ability
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and SEO platforms
Solid understanding of site architecture, indexing, and crawl behaviour
Proven experience optimising large or complex websites
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Nice-to-Have / Advantageous
Magento or large-scale eCommerce SEO experience
Experience with GA4 event tracking and advance GTM
Programmatic SEO or large catalogue optimisation experience
Knowledge of international or multi-store SEO
Experience mentoring junior SEO specialists
Understanding of paid media or CRO principles
