We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Analyst with foundational knowledge of data analysis and a keen interest in digital customer data. This role is designed for individuals with limited experience (1–2 years) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful projects. You will assist in data preparation, visualization, and reporting while receiving mentorship from senior analysts to build your skills in analytics and customer journey insights.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:
- Assist in setting up analytics tracking, such as page views and event tracking (e.g., button clicks, scroll depth), working closely with technical teams
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and processing data for analysis, including handling missing values and validating datasets.
- Analyze data and contribute to identifying actionable insights for improvement.
- Support in building dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet customer needs - using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
- Support senior analysts on small parts of larger projects to gain hands-on experience.
- Participate in workshops to define KPIs and assist in data-related discussions.
What We Expect:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1–2 years of experience in data visualization or analysis using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of customer data analysis and statistics.
- Some knowledge of digital analytics and customer journey with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ContentSquare or Hotjar).
- Strong eagerness to learn and develop advanced skills in data analytics.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Dutch or French being an asset.
