Your impact
As Director of Experience Consulting, you will drive our commercial growth in the Nordics within Vaimo’s global Experience Consulting practice, a team of nearly 60 experts. You’ll be at the forefront of helping clients shape their CX and digital transformation vision, identifying opportunities, and positioning Vaimo’s consulting services as a strategic enabler.

While you won’t be directly involved in project execution, you will play a pivotal role in early-stage strategy—guiding clients in defining their UX and transformation goals, while our specialists bring those visions to life. Your leadership will strengthen collaboration between sales, account management, and consulting leads, maximizing impact and business growth.

You will lead a team of lead/strategy consultants, and work with peers in a similar position like yours in the UK and US.

What You’ll Do

• Grow the Consulting Business – Expand client relationships, drive revenue, and position Vaimo as a strategic consulting partner.
• Shape Our Consulting Vision – Define and refine how we position, package, and deliver high-value consulting services.
• Lead & Inspire – Guide a team of strategy and lead consultants, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consulting excellence.
• Win Key Engagements – Work closely with sales and consulting teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
• Drive Thought Leadership – Represent Vaimo at industry events, create content, and set the benchmark for experience consulting in the Nordics.
