About the Role

Are you a strategic leader who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences, driving project success, and empowering teams? Vaimo is looking for a Delivery Manager to own client relationships, lead project execution, and ensure delivery excellence across key accounts.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the health of multiple client engagements, coaching Project Managers, and ensuring financial and operational success across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery excellence

• Lead successful delivery of projects and programs with high quality and predictability

• Ensure clear stakeholder alignment and manage expectations proactively

• Oversee compliance with delivery processes, tools, and reporting frameworks

• Track and improve project health metrics and drive continuous improvement
  

Client Experience

• Build strong, trust-based partnerships with client stakeholders

• Own the client feedback loop (NPS, QBRs, SteerCos) and ensure action is taken

• Deliver consistent value, exceed expectations, and drive client satisfaction

• Champion the Client Success Program and long-term relationship growth

Profitability

• Own the commercial framework (SOWs, invoicing, forecasts, investments)

• Monitor project P&Ls, team utilization, write-offs, and budget health

• Identify risks to profitability and escalate as needed

• Drive client retention and account growth in collaboration with commercial leads

Project Management Organisation

• Coach and grow Project Managers, ensuring high standards and team clarity

• Define and evolve best practices, tools, and templates for project delivery

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of PMs

Must-Haves

• A proven track record of success in a senior delivery position in a related industry

• Experience of leading, growing and empowering a team/department of 20+ team members

• Experienced in client and senior stakeholder management

• Hands-on experience in successfully executing on strategic business plans

• A client-centric approach to delivery

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Understands how to execute successfully to reach goals and objectives

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of balancing financial health against a target delivery performance

• Native French speaker

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in commerce or content services

• Program or portfolio management background

• Master’s degree in Business, Management or similar
