We are looking for a Partner & Events Manager to join our fast-growing global marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of partner and events marketing initiatives for the US market, helping to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue through strategic partner relationships. You’ll work closely with our global and regional teams to develop co-marketing campaigns, enable partner success, and expand our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing plans in collaboration with Vaimo’s global and regional partners
- Localize and activate global partner campaigns for the US market
- Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams and collaborate on co-branded content, lead generation programs, and enablement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for joint PR, thought leadership, webinars, and case studies with key partners
- Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and continuously optimize for results
Event Management:
- Identify, plan, and manage Vaimo's presence at key industry events and conferences
- Collaborate with partners on co-sponsored event opportunities
- Organize and execute webinars and virtual events aligned with regional campaigns
- Ensure events are aligned with overall marketing goals and deliver measurable outcomes
- Coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up in partnership with the global events team
Collaborative Campaigns & Content:
- Co-create client stories and partner success case studies
- Drive visibility through press releases and joint PR opportunities with partners
- Support global marketing team in scaling successful partner marketing frameworks across regions

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
- Proven track record in partner marketing and building co-marketing programs that drive measurable business results
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances, or channel marketing (B2B tech experience is a plus)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns with/through partners
- Comfortable setting KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing campaigns
- Collaborative, driven, and proactive mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with AI and AI agents to generate ideas, content, analyze data and generally increase your productivity and output.
