Events and Workplace Coordinator

We are looking for Events & Workplace Coordinator to be part of our People Team in the Center of Excellence. This is a temporary role (maternity cover), potentially growing into a separate job position. You will play a significant role in shaping our office operations, fostering our culture, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing our two offices in Poland, working closely with the COE People and Culture Team as well as Workplace Coordinators worldwide. Your impact will be felt across the entire team—from onboarding new members and supporting daily interactions to organising events and meetups.
- Office management. Overall responsibility for our offices in Wrocław and Poznań.
- Contact person for all related suppliers and landlords.
- Plan and create happenings and events to increase people's engagement and satisfaction, such as parties, competitions, well-being initiatives, etc
- Welcome and introduce new employees and arrange merch, gifts, and rewards.
- Responsible for improving the work environment through, for example, developing and managing equipment policies, improving office space commodities
- Optimise processes for managing and procuring office and work equipment.
- Travel management - optimizing travel bookings and the usage of TravelPerk
- Documentation on Confluence, update policies, and the employee handbooks.
Required skills & experience:
First and foremost, who you are is far more important than what you have done. We believe that you possess an innate talent for social interaction, while also demonstrating a keen attention to detail and finesse in structuring.

- Working in a dynamic environment, such as within the service industry, events, project management, or a related field excites you
- You feel comfortable in administrative work with proficiency in managing multiple projects and working autonomously
- You are open to learn and gain experience in working with office-related issues.
- You have some experience working with organising events and happenings.
- You are fluent in both English and Polish
- You are located in Wrocław and willing to work from our excellent located office every day
