Customer Digital Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Digital Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and digital customer insights. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid foundation in analytics and are ready to take on more responsibility in driving data-driven decision-making and customer journey optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or actively participate in workshops to help define KPIs and measurement strategies.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify actionable insights that support customer experience improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicating findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs
Elaborate, execute and optimize analytics tracking setups in collaboration with technical teams.
Own data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure reliable datasets for analysis.
Support more junior analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices.
What We Expect:
3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, visualization, or digital analytics.
Strong understanding of customer data analysis, statistics, and digital analytics concepts.
Hands-on experience with customer digital analytics platforms (ie: Web analytics, experience analytics, CDP, CRM, etc). Being certified is a plus.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, data science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Some knowledge of digital analytics and customer journey with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ContentSquare or Hotjar).

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Dutch or French being an asset.
