We are now building the next evolution of our commercial organisation in the Nordics and are looking for a strong Account Manager to help grow and strengthen our client relationships
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will drive the success and growth of a portfolio of key client accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure exceptional client partnership, value delivery, and account development.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, Delivery Leads, and cross-functional teams to align on commercial opportunities, ensure quality delivery, and create tangible business impact for our clients.
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, structured, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders. You should be confident in understanding business needs, coordinating delivery, and identifying opportunities that support long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationship & Partnership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and ensure a consistently positive client experience.
- Lead regular account check-ins, planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
Commercial Growth
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion aligned to client goals.
- Contribute to account plans and support forecasting together with the Managing Director.
- Prepare proposals and commercial documentation when needed.
- Coordinate key role players across departments to ensure alignment and realization of commercial opportunities.
Project & Delivery Support
- Ensure that what we deliver aligns with the client’s business and digital commerce goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with client, delivery and consulting teams to maintain quality and consistency across projects.
Operational & Account Excellence
- Maintain clear documentation, account growth plans/playbooks, and meeting summaries.
- Monitor account performance metrics and surface insights to improve success.
- Support the continuous improvement of account management processes while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Experience, or Professional Services roles.
- Experience working with clients in consultancy or digital agency environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Commercial awareness — comfortable identifying opportunities and supporting revenue growth.
- Experience in consultative selling, building trust, and influencing client decisions.
- Ability to balance listening, influencing, and strategic advisory.
