We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our US Team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across the U.S. market — building relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their digital challenges, and helping them unlock business value through commerce, content, and data transformation.
You’ll lead the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement, working closely with the Commercial Director, Managing Director, and cross-functional experts across solution architecture, UX, and project management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation and Development
Drive outbound leads in coordination with marketing initiatives and through relationship management
Manage the inbound lead queue
Qualify leads
Conduct customer meetings and workshops
Attend or create corporate events, conferences and exhibitions as required
Build strong relationships with key partners technology partners in conjunction with the Partner Manager
Nurturing & Progression
Manage client relationships and be the focal point of the relationship with Vaimo
Manage commercial responses and lead the RFI / RFP process
Project manage large sales processes
Interact and coordinate specialist contributors (Project managers, Solution architects, UX Designers etc) to ensure clients get a holistic understanding of the Vaimo business
Conversion & Closing
Coordinate contractual negotiations with legal teams
Manage commercial discussions and agreements
Document agreements
Ensure a solid hand-off from the pre-sales to the implementation teams and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure a strong first year of the relationship
REQUIREMENTS:
Significant experience in sales within a digital agency environment
Solid understanding and experience of sales of Digital Commerce, Content Management, Data Management, Insights and Activation Projects
Demonstrated success in leading a complex sales-process with a diverse group of customer stakeholders and decision makers
Proven ability to develop and manage a personal pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven approach with strong ownership and attention to detail
