Role Overview
As a Content Production Specialist, you will drive the execution and velocity of our B2B content marketing engine. Operating within Vaimo's agile global framework, you will be responsible for scaling content production while maintaining strict editorial and brand quality. This role suits someone who is highly tech-savvy, an advanced practitioner of generative AI workflows, and deeply literate in the IT services, SaaS, or digital commerce industries. This cannot be your first time writing about complex software architectures and enterprise digital agency services.
What You'll Do
High-Volume Content Production
Produce, draft, and format high-quality B2B marketing assets, including technical blog posts, client case studies, whitepapers, social copy, and newsletters.
Ensure all content aligns directly with Vaimo's strategic positioning and addresses the pain points of enterprise e-commerce decision-makers.
AI-Augmented Workflows
Actively utilize and master advanced generative AI writing assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to map outlines, brainstorm angles, draft text variations, and maximize daily production capacity.
Inject Vaimo’s unique brand voice into AI-generated baselines, executing rigorous quality control, fact-checking, and editorial refinement.
Technical Translation & Copywriting
Collaborate with consultants and technical architects to translate complex technology frameworks (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Commercetools, MACH/composable architectures) into accessible, high-impact copy.
Ensure that content balances educational value with strategic advisory positioning.
Operational Excellence & SEO
Maintain a well-documented content backlog, tracking sheets, and publishing pipelines.
Incorporate baseline SEO best practices (keyword research, structure optimization, and metadata) to support organic visibility.
What You Bring
3-6 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or professional writing roles.
Industry Background: Proven experience writing copy within a digital agency, software house, or B2B IT consultancy environment.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in advanced AI prompting techniques and using generative text tools to scale production.
Language: Native-level or completely fluent written and spoken English.
A proactive, highly structured, and execution-oriented mindset capable of delivering polished work within tight turnaround windows.
